This year's festival brought back a popular and entertaining event with the Quick Draw, held during the reception prior to the Mayor's Celebration of the Arts.

Four artists, Dawn Lawrence Floen, Graham Flatt, Cindy Sorley-Keichinger and Janet Magdanz, each created an original work of art in the space of one hour. Reception attendees could watch the creative process and bid on the art, with proceeds going to the Arts Without Borders Bursary Fund. In the end over $1800 was raised and we all got to observe the creative process.
