Book Spine Poetry is back for 2013!

Once again, Arts Without Borders and Lloydminster Public Library invite you to create your very own Book Spine Poetry to be displayed in the Library during the Festival.

Book Spine Poetry is made by stacking books so that when you read their spines, it makes a poem. Poems range from quite short (4 or 5 books) to epics. They can use any type of book as long as it has legible words on the spine.

To have your poem included in our exhibit, create the poem, take a digital picture of your work and submit it using our online form. Submissions are limited to no more than three (3) per person. Each submission gets you an entry in our draw for a prize.

Poems will be printed out and displayed at Lloydminster Public Library during the month of June. We will also have a slideshow of entries on our website.

Deadline for submissions is June 4, 2013.

Don't have a digital camera? Stop by the Library on Saturday, June 1 between 2:00 and 4:30pm. Create your Book Spine Poetry and we'll take a picture for the gallery.
